Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Blitz Home Appliances, either online or through our customer service team, may be returned within 30 days of receiving your product for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Blitz Home Appliances issues refunds but does not provide product exchanges under this policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may use our 30-day money-back guarantee by following the steps below.


How to Return an Item

If you purchased directly from Blitz Home Appliances, starting a return is simple:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return request.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack your product securely in any sturdy box. Make sure to include all items that were in the original package (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.). If your purchase was part of a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.
  4. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product. If your return meets the conditions of this policy, we will process your refund, typically within 5–10 business days.
  5. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.

Return Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but certain items may not be eligible for return under this policy:

  • Merchandise that has been excessively worn, damaged, modified, or misused.
  • Products showing signs of intentional or malicious physical damage.
  • Items returned without essential components (for example, key accessories or parts).

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending products or parts back to us, except where a prepaid label has been provided under this policy or applicable consumer law.

For purchases made via PayPal, refunds will normally be issued back to the original PayPal account. If that account has been closed or cannot receive funds, we may issue an alternative refund method (such as a bank cheque). In such cases, the time required to receive your refund may be longer. This 30-day return policy is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Your product warranty may continue to apply after this return period ends, according to the terms of the Blitz Home Appliances warranty applicable to your product.
