How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. Just follow the steps to enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and may also offer options like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay depending on your region. All available methods are shown at checkout.

We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@blitzappliances.com with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Blitz Home Appliances currently ships to select regions (including Canada and Quebec). Exact availability and options are shown when you enter your address at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period for products purchased directly from Blitz Home Appliances, unless otherwise stated. Items must be in acceptable condition and include all original components. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

You can start a return via our Returns Portal (if available), or by emailing us at service@blitzappliances.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we typically process refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to post the funds.

Warranty & Product Support

Do Blitz products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Blitz Home Appliances products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period. Warranty details vary by product and are listed in our Warranty Information.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by not following product instructions.

First check your product manual or our online help for troubleshooting tips. If you still need assistance, contact us at service@blitzappliances.com with your product model, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

Should I register my product?

Yes, we recommend it. Product registration helps us support you better with warranty claims, personalized assistance, and important updates. It also makes it easier for us to find your purchase details.

Go to blitzappliances.com/register and fill in your product model, serial number (if applicable), and proof of purchase.

Affiliate Program

Does Blitz Home Appliances have an affiliate program?
